We recruit across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical roles, from Band 3 Healthcare Assistants to Band 8 Advanced Clinical Practitioners and everything in between. Many of our roles tend to be within emergency and urgent care including the NHS 111 service. If your role is specialist then we also offer bespoke recruitment campaigns, please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements and we will always do our best to help.

We support all staffing models from ongoing temporary cover for a flexible workforce, fixed-term placements or permanent options for your long-term workforce needs. You can choose the arrangement that works best for your organisation.

This depends on the role and the required compliance. For our most requested roles we always have an active pool of compliant candidates to speed up the process. For permanent roles, timelines vary based on market availability, but we will always give you an estimated delivery time at set up and keep you updated throughout the campaign.

All candidates go through rigorous checks, including:

  • Mandatory training and skill assessments
  • Employment references
  • Immunisation records (where applicable)

We adhere to NHS Employment Check Standards; we operate on the CCS and HTE frameworks and are proud of our exceptional audit scores.
